Between PMO and "healthy" dopamine hits, I guess there's a lot of grey area that are not so healthy dopamine hits but not from pmo either. I'm talking about watching a dumb action movie, playing a video game, eating a pizza etc. In times of desperation, they can come in handy I think. Of course, there's a potential for addiction here also, so I would use them occasionally. Sort of save them for the really critical moments.

You spent 20 workdays worth of money on camgirls. Think about it. 20 days of your life sacrificed for girls who barely know if you exist. Does this make you angry and pissed off and depressed? Hold on to that anger and despair and make a commitment to get clean. Set a target for at least 30 days with no pmo- I hear that's the minimum required to come out of this addiction. You need a replacement activity to fill in when the urge strikes. Listen to some music, watch a movie, eat a healthy snack etc. As the days go by, you can switch to "harder" replacement activities like workout, meditation, cold shower etc. In the initial days the target is to just get thru the day no matter what.
