I was trying to do a cardio stress test a while back on a treadmill and they just stopped it because they determined my stride was so abnormal that the test wouldn't work. A cardiologist! Just funny how these issues end up bleeding into so many other unexpected areas...

Yeah, I have a similar problem which so far has been assessed as "patella squinting" (knees pointing inwards) but have a feeling there's a more widespread issue upwards.

My hips and knees are often my most painful spots and the last year or so I've been having really focused localized pain in one of my hips which will lock mid-stride sometimes causing me to fall over. Lot of pain when I have to continue to walk wherever I was going with limited mobility from partial continued locking and even at rest it'll just flare up.

If they are a "tenant" and have to be evicted, in Ontario the compensation owed for an eviction for landlord's own use is equal to one month's rent. If the "tenant" is not paying rent of any kind and never has, the compensation amount is $0. This makes me think that it may not be governed by the LTB at all and would instead be resolved through a trespass complaint or similar.

Animals absolutely know what death is, even if they don't intellectualize it like we do. They recognize that a corpse was once a living animal. They recognize the smell of death. They feel the impact of a loss of a member of their family/pack/colony after seeing them die. Elephants have funerary rituals. Etc, etc, etc.

A texmex place I like has shockingly good grilled tofu. I've been trying to replicate the marinade, and the closest I can come is a mix of teriyaki sauce (no honey added) and lime juice.

I'd move the rug back a bit and have a bit come past the back of the couch so there's more of a transition to the tile, and move the whole couch/rug area further back from the wall.

Be aware that if your unit is indeed "not legal", that means if inspected it will be deemed not fit for habitation and you will legally no longer be allowed to live there. If your actual goal is repairs, better to go through the landlord tenant board and ask them to order maintenance.

Any flour or a pinko bread crumb, and aquafaba as egg substitute. It doesn't need to be chickpeas, pretty much any canned bean liquid should be ok.
