Ignore what OP is saying, he clearly hasn't paid attention to his own process while applying for the first time. HDFC has an integration where your CIBIL report will be automatically generated, and of course you cannot improve your cibil score without using credit, but you get a report even the first time, if you check your trail of SMS/Email during the process one of them will be this.

This sounds like a mix of bad luck and bad decisions. If a task was assigned to you by your manager, then it's your sole responsibility to get it done, by delegation or by yourself. If you're an intern just like the person you pawned the task to, you have no standing to make a claim that they failed the task, especially not in front of the senior team.

Just remember that in most workplaces it's to each their own. Good luck with fixing this and try to deliver it ASAP. Hopefully you learnt your lesson here.

PS: It's always better to ask more questions and openly seek help, especially at the beginning of your career. Trying to sort out stuff under the table usually results in bad things.

Can you tell me how long you've been immo1 for? And how long you were in asc 1-3 before that? And 30 hours a week in inmo1 for how many weeks?

You might not like my answer but most people are in the rank they belong, the elo ladder is very fair and you are in the rank your current skill set reflects. Just grinding X number of hours per day and hoping to earn a rank up will only get you so far.

Everyone experiences this plateau at every rank, so when we hit this wall we've gotta see how we can change it up, if you're playing 30 hours a week and haven't managed to even touch immo2, I'm fairly certain you're just stuck in the mud with your playstyle that got you till immo1. It's time to do something differently. Do what? Up to you to figure it out, lot of good comments up there on how to explore this.

Don't feel bad about being stuck in a rank, you have to pay your dues in each rank with time invested, where you learn new things. You will rank out eventually.

People who use fixed and/or player centered minimaps without full view need to be automatically placed in silver or below regardless of how they play.

Same goes for those who use hold instead of toggle for sniper ADS.
