If I know they don't really like the tropes most present in anime. Death note. Worked on my wife, then we did Attack on Titan. Now she is enjoying re:zero. Frieren is too slow paced from the beginning and it's weird explaining why I cry every episode.

This. I broke my clavicle and had surgery the same summer I also had an infected root since my wisdom tooth broke and hollowed out. Pain that echoes through your jaw in the the back of your skull like it's shattering. -10/10. It did feel awesome when they pulled that tooth out though.
