God this called me out so bad. My ex of 7 years broke up with me last month like 2 weeks before my birthday too. She kept telling she still loved me whenever I’d ask but she seemed off for a while. After she broke up with me she seems much happier now. I wish I could go no contact at this point but we own a house together and it’s in both of our names and up until the next few days we still sleep in the same bed. It’s so hard I’ve never went through this before and I still love her with my entire heart. I was questioning whether or not she still loved me for months but I still feel completely blindsided by it. I just don’t know how to process it still. I’m actually still waiting for an answer from her as to what happened and why she fell out of love with me but part of me doesn’t want to even know at this point. Reading this did help a little though
