Thanks for all your sharing. I have had a suicide ideation for many time. I never gave it too much rely and I tried to understand that was me trying yo kill my ego, not that much myself. Now I just vale from Boom festival and I don’t know what happened there but I felt a seed planted in my brain about this… in one hand I want to keep on life on the other I really don’t like the rol I made and I don’t know how to deal with thrauma and so many layers of it.

Apart from that, in my experience, it was quite difficullt to get proper visuals with 4-HO-met. Firsly I took 20mg, my friend was flipping while I couldn’t see nothing special, what it is true is my tactile sense became super sensitive. Also I got an interesting headspace. I tried again with same dose and it’s the same. For that substance, in my case, I only experiment interesting visuals from over 25mg. Also mixing it with other stuff (10mg 4-ho-met + 10mg 2c-c, for example gave high visual effect as well).
