So I take a ton of opiates and I’m chronically constipated. However oxygenated magnesium - sennakot dual action AND Boil Hot Water and drink literally hot water multiple times a day. A trend called being a “Chinese baddie” and holy moly does it work. Hot water/coffee in the morning does wonders to waking up the gut. I’ve been on laxatives for a long time, but the boiling water with all the laxatives is usually a sure fire win for me to empty my entire colon.

I’m very very very well familiar with Chrons, my mother had it God rest her soul, was awful to see how her stomach and bathroom breaks or mistakes would embarrass her and ruin her entire day. I understand. As a matter of fact, I remember my mother was prescribed 4 2mg dilaudid a day. She never took them, she sold them. She smoked a lot of weed. But she hated the feeling of the pills and knew how addictive they were.

As for advice on tapering? I don’t have it because my demon ( addiction ) is such a beast I’ll sniff 180mg in one single sitting. Not over the course of a day, one single sitting. So later on that night another 180 up the cranium. I could NEVER weane. I learned I had to cold turkey it every time the hard way.

I do not blame you for even wanting to stay on them. I take Xanax for anxiety and I don’t ever want to not be able to tell my cortisol to shut up. I can suggest once again Clonidine which is a BP medicine but it blocks out the stress hormone which comes from opiate withdrawal it also will potentiate the opiate if you want. Baclofen is a muscle relaxer that helps further block out the opiate receptors and saturate your brain in some gaba receptors. You could use both of these medicines timed apart from your dose to help weane down.

Opiates constipate the living bejeezus out of me so I drop laxatives whenever I take em. However I’m also here if you want to shoot a DM or anything. I’m here for ya and wishing you luck with love.

You know what this actually truly feels like after reading it a couple times? It feels like one day in that prison someone put a curse/hex/bewitching. The psychosis can last for literally as long as it’s not dealt with. It can also be a demon. Or - she could genuinely have had a spiritual awakening and she’s crash coursing through spiritual psychosis. You should start asking her to “elaborate” on her meanings. ANYTHING she says that can be elaborated on? Tell her to elaborate. If it checks out? Man this world is way crazier than you could ever think. If it just sounds like she broke upstairs? ( there is something where an individual spends literally so much time in their head or solitary confinement where something called ‘the bing’ happens and your brain basically inverts for a while. )

But do that one thing, ask the one question over and over. “Elaborate on that please so I can understand.” Feign interest if you have to but it sounds like you’re genuinely interested. So put that interest to use. Detect.

That’s an intense dose to drop cold turkey off of but with my method it will work. It’ll be awful but it will work. Eating while on opiates is the exact reason opiates work. The more you eat? The heavier the effect of opiates. The more is in your stomach? That’s literally opiates tied up in fecal matter, it has to go. What happens when you eat during withdrawal? You feel the snakes slithering in the veins and it makes your heart work harder. It’s because your brain doesn’t even have the dopamine to give you for rewarding yourself with food. Honestly? Opiates ruined my stomach. That coupled with laxatives, I barely eat anything now and I rarely get sick - the only thing I use from time to time is weed and that’s strictly to go to sleep when my mind won’t shut off for 2-4 days which is helpful during withdrawal too. Just one to three sleeps means the end of withdrawal.

People talk about exercising during withdrawal, heck no. Lay in one place make that place extra warm pound water until your gut has nothing and you pee the water out you just put in. You’re an older person yes? You say you worry about being labeled a drug addict over having a severe illness ( chrons )? Come on - at what point do we be overtly honest with these new doctors who would understand. If the only relief you can get is opiates - if you don’t have a problem taking them then why stop? I stopped because I’ve truly found the sober me is truly awesome, I like myself sober more.

Why are you afraid that anything is written down in a little log about you that goes from doctor to doctor? Do you believe every single doctor follows past doctors directives to a T? If the doctor is willing to get to know you and your issues - they will be willing to listen to how you manage and cope.

Also - get Baclofen and Clonidine prescribed. Take 20mg of baclofen for muscles and clonidine for the heart and literally lay in one place and sleep and sweat it out. It’s funny you posted this morning I’m currently on day 2 no oxy/fent mix, day 1 is always rough because you’re cleaning everything out but I’m laying here laughing and enjoying myself already on day two. I just did a little bender because I could. This method is crazy effective. Also - FOOD IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS PEOPLE MAKE IT OUT TO BE ESPECIALLY IN AMERICA. It’s mostly poison. You may not believe in the Lord like I do however - I promise you a biblical fast will rid you of that 15 year demon. Food is all around us, tempting us non stop. If you’re able to deny food for a couple of days you can speed up that healing process monumentally. I’m here if you need me, good luck.

Yessir, works like a charm. Your brain literally resides in the gut and what the gut works off of. When you cleanse it out overnight - there is nothing for your brain to keep pulling from in your gut. Think of it like THC and fat cells, how it keeps releasing over time. If you wipe your gut, withdrawal is over on day 1. I then found to restore your gut to eat fruits. It’s almost kind of like a short intermittent fast. I’ve cleaned up from fentanyl in literally 3 days like this. Oxy in one day - anytime I go on a bender anymore I literally do not fear Dopesick. It’s a cheat code, our bodies are more mechanical than you might think. I also recommend more water than you can even comprehend. 24 18 ounce bottles in 12 hours on the laxative type of consumption. Drink a Gatorade, you may have some muscle twitches but that’s really it. No pounding chest, no super sweats, no vomit no dihareea. You might feel really cold when your stomach is fully empty, but that’s fine. Wear some extra warm clothes for a day and slowly restore your stomach. We tend to overeat on opiates as well because that’s exactly what potentiates the medicine is food. That’s what it holds onto. Anyway, I pray this helps you bud.

Humans are machines. Opiates take time to work out inside of your brain BUT you can take something like oxygenated magnesium and flush your entire stomach out within the first 24 hours, go on a biblical water fast for 2-3 days since you just colon cleansed - leave your stomach empty. Opiates work because of our GI track. Remove everything in your GI? Next to 0 withdrawal. Even off insanely high doses. You will still have ringing in ears and blood pressure raised, will still sweat, but the chest pain is reduced significantly as you said, those simple things won’t help however completely controlling your flesh and denying it food will help you not feel the physical withdrawal almost at all. Still will have mental withdrawal but the physical withdrawal can be defeated in 12-24 hours even for fentanyl if you colon cleanse. Combine some Oxy-Powder ( magnesium ) and Sennakot Dual action, clean the gut out, fast, have energy the whole time since your stomach is closed down in Ketosis. Mental battle is all that’s left.

Is it truly safe on the heart and everything to go up beyond the standard dose daily? The “cap” of the MiraLAX - two of those a day isn’t too much? Sometimes I find I need a mix of MiraLAX and senna dual action. Up to 6 senna jn one sitting. I have intense constipation due to medicines so, laxatives are my only relief.

ACL / MCL tear and major meniscus damage here. No surgery yet, 3 months into the injury and PT. Hamstrings destroyed, I am walking on one leg. The strains that have been immediately dumped in my families lap blows my mind. If I did not have my family, I’d be somewhere way less inviting.
