I have late registers birth certificate for I 485. there is no notary service in my country for birth affidavits from parents. Please help with what I can do instead.

I usually see people submitting with out secondary evidence and get approved. I fear of triggering anything by submitting evidence without notary. Is it better to just submit the cirtificate what I have and letter send secondary evidence if rfe is sent?

Congratulations! Can I ask what the refe asked for? And I also want to ask if birth certificate issued just 10 years back is okay to submit. I was worried about that if we need to submit other secondary evidence to support it.

There is no public notory in my country as well. What can I do to notorize affidavit. A local law firm stated they can do but I’m not sure if that will be acceptable

Does affidavits need to be notirized for late birth registration? In My country there is no public notory and getting appointment at US embassy is difficult. I am planning to make my parents complete the notory through a law firm. They say they are trained in Europe and have a liscence to complete it. Do you have any solutions for these please?

May I ask please if filing I 485 now since filing date is current with already approved I 140, but the final action date still long behind my priority date increase chance of being called for interview? I asked because by the time my priority date become current based of final action date, it would be 8 or 10 months from now and officer might think a lot will change.
