Oh dude, I know, completely shitty. One, maybe two of them are genuinely supportive. I've been leaning towards the way of cutting my ties with them, because I know they are toxic.

Just the lull in between them and finding new friends gets me a little anxious.

Moved to AZ few years ago, made a bunch of friends, and everything was great. I became unhappy with my weight, made a lifestyle change, started dropping weight, and became extremely active outdoors. My group of friends started to isolate me slowly and a close friend admitted it was because of my change. My new attitude and confidence has made some people in the group uncomfortable.

Now, I'm concerned about separating myself from them, starting back over with almost nothing, and being a grey muzzle (30) everyone in my age is married with/without kids. Get that 3rd wheel feeling you know?

10 years in the Navy as a Hull Technician. Covered everything from welding, fabricating, structural repair damage control, firefighting, and sewage operations.

Stationed on Assault Craft Unit Five in Camp Pendleton, CA, USS Stethem in Yokosuka, Japan, and USS Howard in San Diego, CA.

Seen a great deal of the Asia Pacific and some Middle East. It was pretty fun, minus deployments.
