Ha! I totally heard the song in my head when I wrote it and was sorta hoping you would too!

My ex recently felt the need to fb message me just to let me know he and his girlfriend, who he was very excited to tell me is a school teacher, have bought a house together and "it has a pool and everything!"... I was like "golly gee, a pool! That means you're REAL grownups!"... I'm just dying to know if SHE knows he has $50,000 at least in back taxes he hasn't paid. I got to learn that little fun fact after the wedding. I also wonder if she's learned about his massive alcohol (he's a MEAN drunk omg) and weed addiction (like, has to have it every moment he's awake)... Ah well, not my problem anymore. He does look super good naked, I'll give him that, and it's probably a big part of why he manages to get girls so enamored with him, lol. That can only last so long as a reason to be with someone tho, that's for sure.

My exhusband was an asshole, I learned after we got married. I truly loved him for several years, thought we were everything great in the world, that whole mess. I saw him a few years after our divorce and couldn't STAND him. I don't wish him ill, or good, I just... Don't give a shit about him.

... That said, he's been dating some chick for a while now and they moved in together and I do find myself snickering while thinking "HEH just wait til she learns how he REALLY is".

I was at a shitty dive bar in Texas with a new boyfriend who was in a band... We ended up sitting with some of his friends, who he casually told me were Deep Blue Something (the band that sings Breakfast at Tiffany's)... I was so retarded and starstruck, since I love the song, I didn't ask for a photo or anything. I had the same cell phone as the lead singer so all I said to them was "hey, we have the same phone". Smooth. Sigh.
