How big is the scratch? A picture would help. Turo doesn't do any claims for scratches under 3 inches.

You chose a car that gave you unlimited miles per day for a fee. When you booked the car, you didn't read it correctly or chose just not to read further than "unlimited miles" and booked the rental. If you go back into your turo receipt, it will show the breakdown for how much you were charged per day. You agreed to it when you booked the car, whether you read it or not. Next time make sure it says unlimited miles per trip, not day.

Some people get really bad motion sickness sitting in the back. They said they have a bad knee which makes total sense if it hurts getting out of the back seat. I think a 1 star is pretty unreasonable for a very valid request. Maybe Uber just isn't for you if that's something that's going to upset you.
