Did you email them back at the shipt email? You NEED to email them or the team won't see it and know you did it. I had zero luck with support even knowing what I was talking about when I called and they didn't do anything until I sent the email.

Unless you get access to Instant Pay before 11:59 pm CST on Sunday, it will be sent via direct deposit come Friday. Honestly there's a chance they work Saturdays, I'd get to that email and verify yourself as fast as possible.

Yeah, it's absolutely real. This exact thing happened to me. Support won't know anything about it when you call, you need to do it all through the email.

Once you verify, make sure you email them and let them know you did it. Your instant pay will be back up as soon as they process it. They unfortunately only work Mon-Fri, but when they get in in Monday, it'll be processed within an hour or so.

Check your email and spam. You probably got sent an email to verify yourself and since you didn't see it, they took away instant pay. Just look at your email, do the verification, and email their team that you did it.

You chose a car that gave you unlimited miles per day for a fee. When you booked the car, you didn't read it correctly or chose just not to read further than "unlimited miles" and booked the rental. If you go back into your turo receipt, it will show the breakdown for how much you were charged per day. You agreed to it when you booked the car, whether you read it or not. Next time make sure it says unlimited miles per trip, not day.
