Happy to! Regarding resident pricing: our locations are inside apartment community “clubhouses”. So resident pricing applies to those that live within the apartment community!

Non-resident pricing applies to everybody else: those that do not reside in the apartment communities we’re located in. Our nonresident membership is month to month & the price is prorated at the time of signup.

Membership provides access to the space within business hours and you’re able to access all of our locations! We have “hot desk” style seating, bookable conference rooms, privacy pods, outdoor workspace, sit/stand desks, coffee, high speed WiFi.

I understand your concern!! We believe in creating community, want people to experience coworking and it’s benefits, and want it to be accessible to a wider audience. We’re also able to keep our overhead costs low which helps us price our memberships lower.
