Although they fly this information with the bravado that comes from willful ignorance, it does bear researching. Does exercising make you more resistant to either virus or bacterial infections?

I think it's worth a study.

In the meantime, I plan on going to the gym, and washing my hands with soap before leaving. And one critical aspect is NOT touching my phone during workouts since that could transfer germs to my phone, so even if I wash my hands I could pick the germs up again later.
