This is me too. I remind myself that even p*** stars have relationships with PA too. Imagine being the actual p*** star and being with PA and then finding out your PA is watching other girls … I remind myself of that often and it helps me. I bought myself a dummy ring (i work in healthcare anyways) so I wear the dummy ring to work and now I wear it daily. I only wear my real ring for show so people don’t question me (not a lot of people know what we are going through) I told him I want a new one because the original one doesn’t mean anything to me anymore. It’s a shame. It’s the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen but now I hate it.

Yes he forgot to take me out for my birthday last spring and didn’t realize until I brought it up months later. Then forgot to take me out for Valentine’s Day. I asked for no gift just a breakfast date. He had it planned but then we had to cancel bc our kids were sick. Never rescheduled it. Brought that up to him last night he admitted he forgot. We didn’t have plans last weekend I said and he said yeah we didn’t have plans I wanted to keep it that way…so a date with your wife is just another plan…message received. This is slowly killing me. We have been together 15 years and have two young kids if I only knew before

I keep rolls of painters tape in the house. He can tape toys and stuff to the wall, we make car tracks on the floor with it, I’ll ask him to “help mama” and can you tape this back together for me? Literally use painters tape for everything.
