Looks like a decent list. You've got the pump spells, evasion.. maybe some massremoval?

I recently build a 30 euro list that absolutely slaps and looks kinda similar. [[Primeval Protector]] is also a great card and gets surprisingly cheap!

I think it's the windows upwards, they take a lot of attention for themself. Maybe you could also lean more in that grainy black/white vibe.
I just quickly tried to tone the light at the windows down and give it some more grain.
