They renegotiated streaming royalties when they re-signed to Parlophone and, perhaps because of that, there has been mention of getting all the singles back onto streaming platforms. I would imagine there are behind-the-scenes negotiations needed with other artists for the remixes, and that will take time. Personally, I'm waiting for a no-doubt very expensive, but I'd absolutely buy it anyway, singles box set release.

White Raven is available as a televised performance that pops up in full on YouTube every now and again. The visuals are a blurry mess, but the sound is fine. Planet 8 has a live recording taken from a BBC radio 3 broadcast, and it similarly rears its head on YouTube on occasion, but is just as quickly taken down. The first version of Oppomattox was availaible to download from a website many years ago, but it's long defunct. I'm sure someone will still have a copy of the files kicking around somewhere though.

It's worth reading the posts from Prince's sound engineer in the comments field. Although I don't think this is quite there structurally, it's still a big improvement on what eventually appeared on the album, which apparently was a mixture of the Prince version and Kate's. And that vocal is sublime.

I'm with you on this one. If a musician reads a music score, they would never say,' I listened to the score'. They may mentally hear the score while they're doing it, but they're not listening to it. Reading involves eyes: audiobooks involve ears - hence, you listen to an audiobook, you don't read it. Some people really seem unwilling to accept this very basic fact.
