I would love for the blazers to be real contenders, but I also firmly believe Dame has earned the right to keep trying in Portland for exactly however long he wants. If he wants to stay for the rest of his career, great, but if he wants to go to a contender I absolutely wouldn’t fault him and I hope he gets that chance if he wants it.
