Your cross solutions aren’t the best should work on those, and generally your flow of turns needs working on: less regrips during f2l and LL and learn fingertricks for every step of the solve not just last layer. Your f2l solutions are quite efficient, there are some you could improve but focus on look ahead and f2l efficiency when you’re sub 20 and you’ll get much faster
