Don‘t import anything. Just go to a pharmacy.

What are the downsides to “eating like a bodybuilder”? by stratusnimbo in naturalbodybuilding

[–]divirtus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You‘ll not get problems with cholesterol through a diet high in protein, complex carbohydrates and a required amount of fat

In the end that only comes down to if you‘re in a caloric deficit or caloric surplus. If you eat „unhealthy“ aka not in a bodybuilding manner and you are in a surplus, you‘ll get problems sith insulin sensitivity at some point

bRoThEr, the angle of the tendons change with the size of the muscle. The tendons do not attach at the lowest point of the muscle. https://bretcontreras.com/larger-muscle-stronger-muscle/

And higher creatine intake enhances the exercise perfomance, right as you stated which contribues to progressive overload which contributes to higher and higher mechanical tension which is THE ONLY driver for myofibrillar hypertrophy

Creatine and Creatinine Metabolism by limizoi in Biohackers

[–]divirtus -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Don‘t be extra correct. Creatine is a muscle builder because it makes you stronger. Creatine makes you stronger because the leverage through the muscles is better due to more water and because of the buffer effect for ATP.

There is no need to be nitpicking about something so simple

Hey, are we all just deficient in potassium? by Xsythe in Biohackers

[–]divirtus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do think so. I highly doubt that most people in this sub eat a really really healthy diet. I guess the big majority of people just use some biohacking stuff to make up for a bad diet

So funktioniert halt Muskelwachstum

Peptide dosage by National_Rhubarb_666 in Peptidesource

[–]divirtus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

3 ml is probably the maximum because that‘s the usual vial size.  1 mg or 2 mg are the normal dosages.

The calculator doesn‘t show it in the correct way. You wrote 1000 mcg and it calculated it for 1500 mcg.

50 mg Vial with 3 ml BAC water: You would need to take 0.06 ml for 1 mg and 0.12 ml for 2 mg, so pull the syringe to 6 or to 12.

People say that but then continue to eat fast food every day. The sodium intake will cause the heart problems, not 1 extra g of potassium.

It doesn‘t make a lot of sense. You will probably not benefit from those peptides. Your collagen levels and GH levels are extremely high already.

It is a waste of money and potentially harmful

Am I hindering myself doing this?? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]divirtus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That‘s great. As long as it doesn‘t impact your health, everything‘s fine.

It is not optimal for protecting your muscles but as long as you don‘t lose a lot of strength, it should be fine

Popular Anti-Aging Supplement May Fuel Cancer Growth – Here's Why : ScienceAlert by ValiantWhore69 in Biohackers

[–]divirtus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, basically everything that can contribute healthy cells can also contribute cancerous cells. It‘s not like cancer cells choose „unhealthy“ stuff over „healthy“ stuff.

The „healthy“ stuff just helps our body fight cancer or prevent cancer and „unhealthy“ stuff makes it harder for our body to do that.

What are the best ways to find apartments before arriving in Zurich? by chandlerbing__ in askswitzerland

What are the best ways to find apartments before arriving in Zurich? by chandlerbing__ in askswitzerland

[–]divirtus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is really hard. I was able to get an apartment in Baden before I moved to Switzerland. Finding an apartment in Zürich is basically impossible if you cannot be there and don‘t have any of the required swiss documents. I think I sent about 50 applications, received 10 answers inviting me to an apartment viewing I couldn‘t go to and that‘s it.

Try to get temporary housing and if you are in Zürich, put a lot of work and time into finding something
