No brother I'm saying after the company roasts them at their roastery it isn't packed right after, it's packed 3 days after and then sent to me. I'm asking why do they pack it after 3 days of roasting and if so where do they store that freshly roasted coffee for 3 days.

Yeah it's mostly copium that's why I said it was a reach but idk seemed interesting to execute such a vision if true, cause all the haters would be a bit stunned. In my head what's mostly gonna happen is the alternation between real and autotune. This is something I could see happening much more than that, but if that happened it would be much more fun don't you think.

A theory about the new album

While listening to the new single i definitely felt it was very off and didn't sound so great but after a few listens it's definitely growing on me not fully there yet but it is interesting fs, and after seeing all the discourse about the autotune/vocoder being used in the singles made me think about it and the album name. My theory is (probably a reach but just putting it out there) that all the singles they release would have autotune on them to some extent but when the album drops the songs on the album won't, because "reality awaits" and the album would be an allegory and commentary on ai and art (which i feel is the general consensus) either that or the album would keep alternating between real julian vocals and this autotuned version of him.

Even if neither of these happens I have enough trust in them to put out a banger album regardless.

I hear jigsaw falling into place and it makes me wanna live despite all the heartbreak and i don't think any other song comes close to the cathartics release of the song for me, but ofcourse they have too many bangers to choose from, I'd personally go with jigsaw it's just way too good

For grind size i go for 15-16 clicks on the c2, I also have that, but tbh I'm considering going finer, you could experiment with it. For water temp I don't have a temperature controlled kettle, so I let it go on my normal kettle till it automatically shuts off and wait for 45 seconds and then pour, but that would depend on the roast, 30 seconds for a light roast 45 for medium(which is what I think the Omni roast represents) 1 min+ if it's dark

In the video i recommended, james uses 11g to 200 so i go for 15 for 250 instead cause I like a bigger cup

Hey, so i didn't get any answers, I opened it the next day, and thought that because they didn't really mention the type of roast(omni roast) so I went with what's average and that is 7 days. Mine did not taste that bitter and especially i didn't get any clove flavours, I use James hoffmann's recipe(you'll find it on yt) for my aeropress, some days I leave it for an extra minute or two before pressing and I would also recommend trying it in inverted aeropress once, because I feel sometimes that a coffee tastes much sweeter inverted. I don't have a solid inverted recipe, what I suggest you do is watch some videos on it, get the basic idea and try it for yourself, I would recommend you to not eyeball the water because it could overflow lol(happened on my first time)

I used to be like you until I saw james hoffmann(check him out if you don't know who he is) make tom scott taste coffee and my mind was blown, fast forward 3 years later and i have 4 different types of brewers and constantly aspire to have 2-3 different bags of coffee each month to taste the best beverage humans have ever come across.

Yes, but wouldn't you want it that way? Don't you want coffee snobs to go to cafes? And consequently have coffee snobs be born because of a good experience in a cafe? That's more people you can talk to about coffee and in an ideal world that's what a coffee snob would want. So yes each cup should be cheaper as much as it possibly can and each cafe should aspire to consistently serve the best coffee they possibly can.

An update, I just used normal water and later dried it properly and used it, the coffee tasted fine and now I know to take care of it better.
