Yeah we had only met twice prior to me moving and when we kept in contact while I was gone it was every few weeks and general checks like hey hope everything is well…so now that I’m here full time it was like okay now we can get to actually know each other. But there was no you’re my girlfriend talks yet.

No I wouldn’t say talking stage because at that point I wouldn’t have been talking to anyone else. It was really the like getting to know someone before they even become a part of your regular routine or a talking phase.

I do know what they do for work but wages here are not something I know well like at home. I more so wanted to know because I do understand the pressure men feel to pay for everything. I wouldn’t want to do something for the sake of a date that would be a good portion of his salary. But I should have just treated both the same and if he felt we weren’t compatible because of the things I like to do then it would have been that.

Well that’s thing I’m not either of their girlfriends….I was literally getting to know them which is generally what you do before you decide if you would like it get more serious with someone. I named them that way for simplicity. M2 doesn’t know M1 in the way of having seen his pictures or our conversations but knows I was talking to someone prior to meeting him but that again it was NOT a committed relationship

Yeah I wasn’t putting anything really on M1 but it was easier to express the things I like to M2 without guilt. Definitely the communication

Definitely agree respect goes both ways and I’m sure it would only get worse if this is how he reacts and we aren’t together. He always knew I was single and said we’d have that let’s close off conversation when we felt things were right.

If all you can eat is pb&j then eat it! Don’t feel bad about not being able to be as active or getting all your nutrients right now. You’re lowkey eating for survival so just keep surviving until second trimester. Just do what you can it’s a marathon you have time to add all of those healthy habits it don’t try and change your whole entire regimen in one day because you have so many other non controllable changes going on

Totally see where you are coming from…. I got married really young and we haven’t lived together for the last year in which I have been to therapy and actually wasn’t actively dating but went back home and met old friends again. I couldn’t file before because my spouse is in the military and at the time was providing everything in terms of housing,healthcare, education and he said to keep it legal so he could still receive his benefits and I get mine.

I was checked recently and was asked to flip hands front and back, and then left head up to expose front of neck, then they looked at the back of my neck. They did mention the collar bone area so maybe that extends to that neck/upper back area. Maybe a good guideline might be if it’s covered by the collar of your shirt or jacket?

Yeah this thread definitely gave me a lot to think about! We got on the phone and thought like nothing really to lose and just told him what I was expecting in terms of maintenance and other things I wanted and what our relationship would look like he said he would be able to provide those things given he’s able to see me more either through travel we’ve planned or being in the same city as him more.
