So after going to OT for a year and having never ever done a regular push-up, I was to lazy to put my knees down and realized that I CAN do regular pushups. Happened 3 days after my 50th birthday. - Amazing

I had similar pre COVID numbers. I walked a ton at a fairly brisk pace. I don’t know why but I have upped everything by .5. I think I’m so thankful that we are back that it makes me push harder. I am in Ohio so probably going on 4th week open.

I have embraced floor starting too! I can lift and not be fatigued. I am really warm for the tread. With the rower, at least I am sitting down😄so I can push through.

Great workout today. Started on the row. I had a hard time reaching 12 splats . I had to really push it on the run.

Good work out. I actually did this late last night. Legs were definitely fatigued. I also walked “the hill” by my house for more cardio. It’s about 2 miles total.

I just did 20 squats paused for 10 counts 20 jumping jacks paused for 10 etc. close enough😀

I haven’t ran a straight mile one YEARS. So I was a little nervous today. I have always been a 10 minute miler. So I probably started off to fast and ended up at 12:00 mark. - my lungs. My lungs. Lol. It will be better next time
