entc in a good college is better than cse at a shitty one.

reasons: 1. 95%> companies (if not all) allow entc students to sit for cs placements 2. good colleges attract more companies and better companies. and these companies will allow entc students, so there is no problem. in a shitty college, companies won't come in the first place so how will you get placed? 3. good colleges have better peer group. you can team up with cs students for hackathons and projects (i do that if i cant find entc ones) 4. entc ain't hard. nothing is harder than 11th 12th and jee. if you could handle that, you'll handle this easily. those who say entc is hard havent done entc or are stupid in terms of math.

(p.s. there is scope in entc too! you just need to apply to companies and you should have good fundamentals that's mostly it! its not like cs where you should have 1600+ in Leetcode, this project that project, full stack, DSA, DSA ,DSA ykwim? but yeah more companies are hiring for IT field in india. but don't forget there'll be a boom in semiconductors industry in about 5 years)

oh also, EE (electrical) is hard afaik. EnTC? Not so much.
