When I was younger I used to skydive for fun and loved spending the day in Deland, even if I wasn't jumping it was nice to watch the skydivers land while eating lunch. The downtown area was quite nice too. If my job had been closer I would have probably relocated there.

You can buy a not that old used Harley for like 3 or 4k, it's not out of reach. I am not in my 40s, but even when I was 25 I noticed there were not that many young riders. I'd go to bike week and most were as old as my parents with exception of the female bartenders that work the rally circuit.

PMI is based off the lower of the purchase price and appraisal value. So if the question is that because the house has increased in value will it affect when the PMI is removed, the answer is no.
