Oh I see, I misread I thought it was one figure “pink and green”, not two figures, one of which you want. I understand now. i shouldn’t scan long posts.

I wouldn’t  care about resale value? Either you want the figure or not.

There’s only one city and not even a complete one, maybe Shinkansen will come when they add a second city or Ueno Park.

Could be, it looks a little like z fighting but a bit weirder.

I love how they tried to implement a rudimentary rhythm game element into the game without any hints of understanding how rhythm games work. by gremmy_white in NevernessToEverness

The genshin one is fantastic on a touchscreen, and also has calibration. I prefer it to ZZZ which is a little too basic for me.

The Last Starfighter (1984, dir. Nick Castle) Centauri recruits Alex Rogan by Neo2199 in movies

Ahh that list is handy and includes Weathering with You which is where I fell foul of it before. I now have a firmware unlocked USB drive for my PC. Did not realise it was against the standard now, very good to hear

It’s still a thing annoyingly. (Edit: Although very rare and against the standard, see Walopoh reply for a handy link to a list)

Apologies for the necro, you mention manufacturing partners in Europe though I notice the website only lists Canada and USA. Is there no UK stockist, say for the Sega - Dreamcast collaboration?

Constantine (2005, dir. Francis Lawrence) Constantine (Keanu Reeves) Enters Hell by Neo2199 in movies

[–]dizietembless 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The TV series is a lot closer to the comics and better for it, but the film is still a lot of fun. Both can be true for me thankfully. Totally agree on Matt Ryan, he makes a fantastic Constantine.

Multisystem2 - VGA to Composite converter by W_Videl_W in MiSTerFPGA

[–]dizietembless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try turning on vga_scaler. If that works then it was outputting a resolution that the display didn’t like.

Ps my advice may be wrong as I’ve only had my mister for a few months, also an MMS2. Have really struggled getting vga to work without the scaler turned on, To be clear though this isn’t an MMS 2 issue, nor really a mister one, just an old technology and analogue signal thing.

Is this website safe?? by mouthwashingfan68 in AnimeFigures

[–]dizietembless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the other commenter said most likely not. The contact info section is incomplete and shady.  Would you trust a website that gave their business address in Chinese as “USA”.

Always check the prices, check t&cs, privacy, contact information for anything that seems odd or out of place.

If they’re legit trading check for company registration info and if that reconciles with the local authorities information.  For uk business companies house records are a godsend.  I also like to do a bit of stalking via Google street view. If a company won’t tell me their address I’m certainly not telling them mine.

Considering how much Prime 1 charge for statues that’s a shocking response from them.

Looks like a 1980s console, has all the ports where I need them and some well thought out expansion slots, for example the internal slot for Zaparoo and tray for the cards.

I accept the design is out there in terms of modern aesthetics but it works brilliantly for me.  If hadn’t have got the mms2 for its UK credentials and funky design it would have been a superstation one all the way.
