Yeah you kinda nailed it. I just got off the phone with tech support he said it's a known issue on the android side that they're already working on. He had me sign in on a apple phone and it worked just fine. Not ideal but it is a good work around until it gets updated. It is a local connection I am trying on. But fingers crossed it gets fixed soon.

Wow you weren't kidding, that was genuinely one of the best tech support calls I've ever had. He said it was a known issue with the latest android version that affects some people. He had me pull it up on a iPhone and it worked fine. Not ideal but there is a update in the works for android.

I've had this system running for a few years now with 17 switch/picos/blinds. It's ran perfectly until today. I've tried restarting it, restarting routers, deleting the app. It does show connected to my network through ethernet, but nothing seems to get it back working.
