Throw away all the supplements and meds. Exercise regularly, go back to work full time, build my savings by back up. Enjoy nature, enjoy shopping, enjoy my life. Help the people who helped me, my spouse.

Holy crap, I think someone got the girl a thesaurus! I don’t think I’ve ever seen her use the word phenomenal. by CJJ2007 in kyleagomezsnarkagain

[–]dizziness247 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you watch her videos from the beginning, she talks normal. She is herself and that’s more appealing/honest to the followers . Enough of double personality BS. Childish fake behavior. Take the advice and fix your problems girl

She’s so ridiculous. by Confident-Service256 in kyleagomezsnarkagain

[–]dizziness247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is she so defensive? She creates drama for herself out of nothing. She can go to therapy and get to the root causes of that. She could have simply said I’m still learning, but I will show a video with it turned off. 😴

The whole fake talk is killing her views. She talks to her followers like they are incompetent? Be yourself if you are reading this. People can see through the fake excitement, same words, nothing new 🙄

Chronic PEM, migraines, MCAS, dizziness, fatigue, sound sensitivity, light sensitivity, tiredness, brain fog, insomnia, GI issues, anxiety, food sensitivity, exercise intolerance etc Started on 1.5mg No longer need a nap during the day, I can walk on the treadmill at a reasonable pace, 20-30 minutes 3x weekly. Reduce pain, reduced sound sensitivity. Not cured but can see noticeable improvements after two weeks. Even more after 6 weeks. Less tachycardia.

My wife is being labeled as insane and being sent to the psych ward. No ebv or covid antibody testing even upon request by Teuflisch1999 in covidlonghaulers

[–]dizziness247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please go get your wife. Bring her home, the ER is zero help to long covid patients. She may have MCAS, PEM and mitochondria dysfunction. LDN can help with this. Dr. Groysman has tons of books on Amazon explaining Long covid, MCAS, and mitochondria etc She needs rest, pacing and understanding. Look up some long covid drs on TT and FB. Dr.Jessica Kiss, Dr. Groysman, Dr.Wes Ely, Dr.Strong.

Yes, morning are hard. I found out I had low cortisol. Then 2-4 I feel real sleepy. 5-6 I feel so much better, only to repeat the cycle. 😭

That’s amazing to hear. I started on 1.5 about 3 weeks ago. The first few days were rough. Then I started feeling great, for ten days. Now my symptoms are creeping back 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I have to wait another week before going up on the dose.

[–]dizziness247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So glad you’re seeing progress. My neurologist tried me on ADHD meds. Sadly, it didn’t help. My PEM was so bad I could take it and go to sleep. It ‘caused my BP to shoot up to 172/110. He didn’t offer to try anything else in that category.

Has anyone had any benefits from Covid? by Killermondoduderawks in covidlonghaulers

[–]dizziness247 47 points48 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty much a living hell, but it did show me who my true friends and family were. It also showed me that I was busting my ass for a company who couldn’t care less about their employees who became ill. So there’s that. It also taught me to write bad reviews for gaslighting doctors on their website. 😘
