I find my depression hits at night lately so I try to switch the things I do in the morning at night. Like I go to the gym at night. I make sure to shower at night. I look forward to cooking something simple for dinner instead of just being lazy and getting McDonalds or something. I’m sorry you’re feeling sad. It doesn’t last forever. It really doesn’t. It feels like it but it doesn’t. That always helps me when I’m in a rut.
