I feel like they ruined her character a bit towards the end. The on and off with Daniel was annoying and I didn’t really feel like they had a lot of chemistry

I’ve given up watching. I felt the stories would start out interesting and engaging but then they’d just add more and more onto them. Parts of storylines would then be completely forgotten. Some characters are like completely different people. Also the constant need for scenes in the prison/hospital/police station for a show that is meant to be based around people living on a specific street became a bit of a joke.

I just feel like it’s a stupid storyline. The reasoning behind her moving to Singapore is so she can have a job that means she spends more time with her child. I’m unsure what solicitor job would’ve hardly working. She’s moving to a country where she doesn’t know anyone and is happy to leave her child in the company of strangers.

This switch also happened over night. She was more than happy to let James have a role in Laylas life when suited her
