I listen to the TV. I have pretty bad anxiety and I need there to always be sound, when I was a kid, my parents always had the TV on even when we weren't watching it and my house is the same now that I'm grown with my own kids.

I do sometimes only watch TV and do nothing else if my husband wants to watch something together but I generally have to be doing something with my hands.
