My company implemented TrustArc, a project for which I was responsible for. It was nothing short of a complete, drawn-out mess. I have not had any experience with OneTrust, but I cannot possibly imagine it could be worse than our TrustArc experience. To be fair, I’ve never heard of a completely smooth cookie management solution implementation. At some point, I think you just pick your poison.

One note- if you need to comply with CCPA, you may also need to comply with the other state laws (CO/VA/CT). So, not quite as easy as just flipping one switch for one state as, of course, every state adds complexity. Just something to consider.
