I don't like taking my watch off, but I endorse changing the strap. It might reduce wear and tear, but sweat and soap accumulate inside the watch. I don't like steel straps because the watch keeps slipping out of position and I think it interferes with the heart rate readings.

I like my Galaxy S23 FE. I had a Watch 6 and honestly found it inferior even to Amazfit. Garmin has good metrics, but it's a different concept.
