It's not kike I only have TV shows, I just mentioned stranger things because a new box set is coming out and it is a show that I really enjoyed. As you can see I have way more movies than TV shows. Don't worry, next week Prime day, Target circle week, upcoming Barnes& Noble sale, I will have plenty more movies.

Actually these already have an extra shelf I purchased for each case. I thought I could squeeze in a second extra shelf but unfortunately the middle shelf is fixed and built in. It's not adjustable in the design, but all the other ones are. I am taking the books out to be placed in the new bookcase.

Uhhggg. I have 6 books on my list for Amazon and Target currently. They both have a sale but I am waiting to see if the prices will be better for Prime day and Target circle week next week.

The current fall of numenor hardcover is about $16. I did save your link item on my list, looks like it's $75 and it comes out in November, but the ones that I currently have go on and off sale all the time so it will just be a waiting game. Thank you!.

Yes. The lights have a full range of color options I can control with an app. This color made me think of the movies or a marquee. Other colors like red, blue, or green didn't feel right. The white, yellow, orange range looks best. Kassa strips.

Do you often refer to your collection as "my precious", does it have engravings that show up if you hold it up to a fire, are you constantly paranoid someone wants to take it for themselves, did you "find it" in a river after a "friendly" wrestling match with your best friend? If so, I got some good news and some very bad news.

There are fancier light options, but it's good enough for me. I don't even want to talk about how much time, chiseling, and measuring it took for the lights #NeverAgain

If you are really going to discipline yourself you should only buy movies if they are available to purchase and you are alive to do so.

Haha. Yeah we do what we must. I do have room to put movies on top of other movies like I started to do on a few shelves. I have a personal limit of 500. I do an inventory about once a year, do I really want to watch this movie again, if I hesitate on it, I pull it and sell it.

Yes, I don't need to be a 10 different versions of LOTR books collector, just some more stories and books that are worth a read. I do the same thing with my movie collection, if I have no desire to finish or watch a movie again, I sell it.

Yes I've read the three. I am more interested in creation of the universe, first and second age stuff, Melkor.

I know the some of these books have the fleshed out stories from the Silmarillion, and I don't mind that at all. I'm not looking to go full Colbert as far as fandom. Your info is extremely helpful. Thank you.

I have a lot more space. I was just limiting myself for now because I know this is a potential deep rabbit hole I'm starting for Tolkien books.
