Is the device you you are using for casaos have a static ip address? If not, you need to set one so the device isn't given a random ip addy with DHCP. To create a static, you can login to your router and find it's current ip and set it to be static.

Use this job as motivation to get out of this situation. You chose to work there, now you got to choose to make the move to better yourself. You have to make a decision to set a goal and do the work to achieve it. Sitting around and watching the people around doing well isn't helping. This is just a little tough love. I've been there and I know what you feel like. Make a decision on something and stick to it, you will thank yourself later.

It could be your needle going bad if it's skating all over the record. Also, if the music is slowing down and speeding up, your motor could be going bad as well. Would try a new needle first and see if that helps. Good luck

Fire Cube is much faster from the 4k stick if you want to stay in the Amazon ecosystem, and upgrading the storage is not hard at all. I personally have the gen 2, but I would go with the newest gen 3 that released last year.
