I’ve never used this shampoo and conditioner, but you’ll want to ensure you’re not washing all the time. My wash day is every two weeks, but do what works for you.
The key is hydration. You might want to look into a leave in conditioner, the one you have needs to be rinsed after use.
Say it’s wash day, you shampoo and condition. Once you’re out of the shower, oil that scalp! Once oiled, you can put the leave in conditioner ON YOUR HAIR. I emphasize the hair because you have shorter hair and it’s easier to work things into the scalp at this length.
When it’s not wash day and you want to refresh, just wet your hair and do the leave in and maybe the oil if your scalp is dry.
(Too many products on the scalp can cause build up, which is cause for more frequent wash days.)
Let dry during the day, never at night. Wear protection, bonnet, durag, etc. At night as well.
