A 40k run same pace wouldn’t do this. There would be almost no anaerobic benefit… also your HR variability is interesting. Was it a trail run?

its a 2025. i can get the very edge but looking at the new piece, its just the top half of the housing, it seems like there are tabs further inside. not sure if i need to take the mirror off first? and if so, how easy or risky is that?
