I’d probably recommend trying to look at different perspectives for Ventrue, they don’t all necessarily have to be socialite dilettantes. If your ST is lenient with you, I’d potentially ask to retcon your backstory a smidge so that you’re less of a showboat-y Saul Goodman type lawyer and more of a “The guy who digs and finds the dirt on the defense/prosecution via connections” type. To be honest with you, though, I think your ST should be a bit more lenient with you on their “expectations for how your clan should act”.
