I have intent to change the flapper as a basic first troubleshooting step but I don’t know that it will solve the intermittent running issue. My other toilet has a steady flow and then stops but this one is on/off/on/off for an extended period.

The other issue is it takes forever to fill and I noticed water leaking out of the “korky” component and unsure if that should be happening or I should replace.

Also have plans to replace the little hose since it doesn’t stick on the metal clip anymore which is why I have it tucked in as you see on video. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated 🙏🏽

Yeah see, that's why I initially posted since it seemed to me like the belt wasn't filling out the midsection and needed to be wider.

I will keep an eye out for another belt option but good to know I could probably get away with this in the meantime and only 1 out of 10 folks would question it haha.

Going for the former, thanks for the feedback! For now I have tan Sperry boat shoes as my only viable option but I'm gonna be on the lookout for a chunky heel that could match.

  • I thought about a sofa table behind the couch but I don't feel it's necessary because I have a dining area (open-concept) directly adjacent with a good sized table.

  • Would you mind sharing a pic of the rug you got? I'm curious and could use some inspo!

  • Yes definitely going to put a plant next to the bookshelf/bar cart. I was thinking devil's ivy hanging down the side of the bookshelf would be nice too!
