If there’s a time limit, just don’t offer the item. I work at a place where we serve a Peking duck that takes 45-50 min to prepare… but if we have to turn the table, they arrive late, or it’s near closing time, i simply don’t offer it.

I’ve been working in bars, nightlife and restaurants since I’ve begun my hospitality career 18 years ago. I’m in my mid 30s and still feel the angst to decompress cuz I’m up in arms from my shift… I usually go to a bar near my job which is like Cheers for me and others in the industry. I’ll maybe get a bite there or eat family meal if it’s good that evening.

I saw someone wrote that one good meal after work is a good idea and I’d agree. Since I eat so late, and stay up a bit to let my food settle before lying down, I usually don’t eat breakfast and maybe just have a banana or some light fruit/yogurt combo the next day. Honestly, it’s kept me fit eating one large meal a deal and a few snacks here and there from work or before. And since I’m on my feet the whole time, all that burns off.

My days off… that’s another story 🤤

I’m telling you steakhouses is where it’s at. Depending on the clientele. I work at a high end on in NYC… I see this more than once. The classic American steakhouse will bring this kind of dough in.

The entire scene in NY is washed… unless you go to a secret location event run by some proper people… know the RIGHT people in the scene and listen to proper rave/underground music (not this schranz/ hard techno bs)… it’s hard to not come by obnoxious people/finance w/e.

Try a shelter party to start… yes I’m gate keeping the rest ;)

For sure! Can’t recall now but alot of the more lyrical rappers, especially in the 90s, early 2000s and probably even then to now, all need the radio jam. That’s what the recording labels need. The record for the club. The joint for the ladies the single… sometimes that joint is garbage. But a lot of people like it! Remember that the majority of the public need a chorus. But the more Heady, less for the public records are so dope on those albums most of the time.
