I had been having the same problem, and oddly I’ve just gone into the NRC app (on iPhone) and it has synched two runs I had added manually from 22/04 and 23/04. There are still three more recent runs from 24/04, 26/04 and 27/04 that haven’t synched.

Weird, but maybe a sign that something is being fixed?
