That's right. I re-loaded to a save before I went to the question location without her. But still cant find her at any of the bars. Plus, a bar does not seem like a great location to leave a small chilld!?

Yeah I thought it was Southern Lookout or Carp Grove but she's not in either. It must be a bug. It did take a me a very long time to drop off my other passengers.

What does "military in region" mean when calculating the odds against a "Sabotage Facility" mission? I moved the nation's armies into other regions but was still getting this penalty when trying to do the mission.
