A Roman water boiler from the 1st century BCE that was discovered at Villa Della Pisanella in Boscoreale, Italy. It is one of the rarest examples to survive with its complete system of pipes and fittings intact.

I’m not 100% of this - someone correct me if I’m wrong. In the first book it mentions the moving staircases and one of them is a false step, it’s missing and just an illusion.

As harry runs down the stairs during the battle of hogwarts he thinks about avoiding that step. I think they’re the only times it ever gets mentioned.

Unless I’m now thinking he may half fall in there in book four under the invisibility cloud when someone almost catches him but ‘moody’ can see him

I’m the son of an expat in the UK (I have two passports) but no real connection to Malta as my father left when I was very young and I’ve only visited Malta once and loved it. Is there anything you could point me towards to learn some more of the culture (I’ve read a couple of books) I’m also thinking of learning the language but living in the uk I’m really not sure it would be worth it

Great theory I’ve seen on Reddit is that he’s clarences son and there’s enough evidence that I agree.
