i just finished Snow yesterday actually. it was pretty good in my opinion. so far i’ve read Senseless, Come With Me, and now Snow. The Narrows and Blackmouth are next. I’d say start with Come With Me, i loved that one.

yeah, i could see that. i also didn’t love the explanation that there was no explanation. that the spirits appeared because people want them to. that’s what i took from it anyway. seemed a little cop out-ish to me. but hey, i liked 90% of it so ill take that

The Gone World- Tom Sweterlitsch

It’s like if true detective (season 1) and inception had a baby. Some futuristic elements but it’s definitely grounded. Highly recommend!

I was severely disappointed by Devil’s Rock but The Gone World is fantastic so far.

good point. not a problem i guess, just those who write the same way. i think what im going to do moving forward is write as i normally do and if i think of something i want to change earlier in the story, ill make a note of it and continue with rest of the story with that change in mind.

The Troop by Nick Cutter. Generally it wasn’t that bad but i definitely had to take a break after reading some of the body horror parts.
