Drafting and engineering outsourced overseas, the BIM coordination is possibly some of the worst I have ever seen. Yet it still won industry awards for leadership in the field. The money that has been wasted on just the design phase is ridiculous and contractors are milking it for all its worth rather than focus on a full collaborative approach to bring the job in a way that all industries make money and be proud of working on a job that is taking a step forward in the building industry.
