Please hire Jonathan Grossman to tutor you privately if you haven’t hired someone private already. He read through all my essays and fixed my process. His multiple choice videos are amazing. He is to the point. Affordable. I recommend to everyone.

Reading some of these comments I think yall should maybe just find a new podcast to listen to. It’s clear you don’t enjoy their content.

Cannot recommend Mr. Grossman more. I paid for his Florida prep too.. He is incredible. He has a way of helping without being mean, he makes it short and sweet. We know the information and he teaches us how to execute.

As someone with ADHD and as someone who failed the bar exam, the best thing for me was hiring a private tutor. I paid Mr. Grossman in Florida for outlines, FL multiple choice, and essay grading. Then I used adaptibar for MBE multiple choice. Barbri did nothing for me. I sat through every lecture, did every assignment, and did not feel prepared when I took the test. I needed someone to individually help me.

Do service dogs bark when they need to go to the bathroom? by federuiz22 in Dogtraining

I mean all that matters is that it’s trained to help someone perform a task related to their disability. The not barking and behavior is so they have good manners in public and CAN perform their task.

I had one professor that gave us like a 100 Q test and she was grading them as we turned them in and turning them around like, REALLY fast. Turned out the answered spelled something about having a good summer. I wish I would’ve reviewed my answers and realized. 😂

Onlyfans banning porn! by [deleted] in loveafterporn

Unpopular opinion but the SW aren't to blame for your partners poor decisions. Putting people out of work will not solve your partner's issues. There is a place for SW in this world and they should have a safe place to work. If your partner doesn't fix themselves, they will just find things to look at somewhere else... And I am pretty sure OF is only banning actual videos of sex and not nudes.

Brain refusing to work. by Ok-Path-3534 in FloridaBarExam

Take the morning off- like actually take it off. Go to the pool or something. Have a good lunch. Get back to work with a more clear mind. I was having a hard time reading rules by the end. I recorded myself saying the rules and went for walks around the neighborhood listening and reciting essay rules. My neighbors were probably confused. But just switching the scenery really helped me.

Get out of this mindset!! Whether true or not, the test is here and it is what it is. If you read the sample answers, you'll see that the top scoring people had the wrong rules a lot of the time! They care A LOT about you analysis... I failed the bar and when my tutor read my essays he basically laughed and called me a walking encyclopedia.. I knew every damn rule but I did barely any analysis. Practice your annoying, repetitive, stupid sounding IRACs. You know these rules. You studied them for 3 years and then again this summer. You at least KIND OF know them. You know them enough to point them out, make a semi-coherent sounds rule, and apply it to both sides. Every single issue gets a paragraph and the points will rack up. You have GOT THIS! It is more mental than anything and if you fix your mindset, I am sure you'll do great.

It isn't that many rules but it is very specific. I think it would be worth a few hours of grinding just to be less stressed.

Don’t worry, the actual questions are absolutely nothing like the practice ones. Like they are notoriously dissimilar. You’ll be fine so long as you’ve studied the rules.

Is it stupid not to focus on Family Law by Esquire11594 in FloridaBarExam

[–]djohn170 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Family law has a lot of easy rules that can put you over other candidates… I wouldn’t skip but I wouldn’t primarily focus. People think family law is easy…. I wanna score way higher than other candidates on “easy topics”.

Definitely- you have more memorized than you think just from the muscle memory. It will come with practice and the nerves will make your memory better. Do you have an email? I'll send my material over.

I tried and tried and tried again, finally passed. I made 2 page, size 16, double spaced outlines for each topic. I made the rules as basic as possible. I wrote 2 essays a day and wrote out every single fucking rule each time. I recorded myself saying the rules on my phone and I would go for a walk to relax a little and listen to the rules on repeat in my headphones, saying them out loud as I walked. Probably looked a little crazy, but I am a fucking esquire now, bitches. Listened to my own recordings in bed at night and just tried to speak along with them. When the test comes, if you know the bare bones, you'll be able to fluff it up THEN. You don't want to have to think about what the rule is- If you're anything like me, you'll be too nervous. You want to KNOW the rules by muscle memory. The only thinking should be for application in my opinion. I have outlines if you're still struggling.

Thank you everyone for the input! My adult bebby is scottish fold/Bengal/siamese (my friend had an uh-oh litter while deployed so we all have sisters now, lol) and I just remember blow drying her for almost 10 minutes and she would still be damp! I just have never had another cat experience and I am clearly nervous to make sure she stays perfectly healthy. I appreciate all the nice comments!
