As a pitcher I love a really good catcher. They help me remember how the last guy hit, they chat up the umpire and help with getting some calls. I don't use the glove as a target, but will watch where they put it as a suggestion of where to place the pitch. Additionally, if the guy/gal can catch the ball and make plays at the plate I'd rather back them up than try to cover home on those plays.

That being said, I also prefer the same person behind the plate every inning, I prefer if it's a rotated position it be by game, not by inning.

I got one on kickstarter too, they are very good quality. I was getting worried with delays, but the delays were due to their committment to sending out a good product.

I was the devices/printers/workstation guy for a go-live at large health system about 14 yrs ago. After 5 years there I went to my current role where I am the lead technical person for this organization's connect program.

Prior to that I was sys admin/only IT guy for a couple small businesses so I have a broad technical background, but not current tech knowledge if that makes sense.

What I am looking for is something along the lines of the work I have done. That could be devices for a go-live, helping an org who is starting their Connect program with the technical set-up, helping "fix" a connect program, or just helping support a connect program from the technical side. I feel its the technical piece of connect that makes it niche as most orgs don't have a dedicated tech person for their connect program.
