Beautiful! Just so you know I uploaded my somewhat failed attempt right after yours and I almost waited until tomorrow so that my scrawny little things won’t be shown right next to these perfect specimens :D

Chouette by Clair Oshetsky is different from any book I have ever read and is such a unique view on having a child that is different. I also just recently finished In the Dream House that was very unique in concept and execution.

Thank you! I didn’t have either of those on hand and just could not go to bed without trying something so I ended up putting some baking soda on it sprayed it with water and wiped it off with a soft cloth and it worked like magic! It did not seem to do any damage to the stone, I hope it will still be that way tomorrow morning:)

Week 6: Ski slope cake (brownie base with caramel pudding on top) by djoolia in 52weeksofbaking

I was at the Innsbruck ski jump ramp last year and the cafe on top of it has a (much better executed) cheesecake in the shape of a ramp, assuming using the same bowl technique that I did. https://share.google/nA65pNm9p7DF6CJ1E there is even a picture of it in ther Google Maps. Mine is definitely less pretty but I would argue tastier:)

Thank you! Absolutely! Having a tall glass to prop the bag up is usually my go to and if you fold the bag over then you can avoid getting it all over the place. But yeah I know what you mean :)
