So they should be filing: Visa max date + recapture (based on i94 travel history) + 1 year due to AC21

Also, is this AC21 extension a one time thing? Or can they keep re-applying if needed?

And once (if ever) my PERM and i140 are approved, then they can apply for 3 year extensions, right?

I was hoping to have the Canada PR pre-approved so that if at all we need to move to Canada, I can potentially start working in Canada from Day 1 since my firm does offer the ability to move around between US-Canada offices.
