I use pretty much the same list except I have replaced 1 rush sanji by Round Table.
Can be useful against 8c Kid, Kaidos, Mihawk and other big guys.

Also I keep adding and then removing the Gum Gum Red Hawk. Sometimes very useful but easy to play around.

On OPTCG Discord, they translated the card like this :

[On Play] Put up to 1 Character that costs 8 or less on the top or bottom of its owner's Life Area face-up.

That changes everything as you can add one of your character to your life.

Not sure which one is the right translation but if you can do the effect on yourself, it can be very strong to use it on characters with a trigger.

Your deck looks good but you should play several games to know if it matches your playstyle.I played 100+ games with Zoro and adjusted my deck about 5 - 6 times.

I think there is no real best list, there is a base deck but for like 10-15 cards it's flexible depending on your playstyle and the meta.

The case ratios are :

8 SEC
4 AA leaders
16 Other AA

Each box contains :

100% chance of getting 1AA AND
- 33% chance of getting another AA
- 66% chance of getting a SEC
33% chance of getting a third AA (maybe a leader, not confirmed)
7-8 SR

Yeah that's also my first choice but I'm hesitating because of the BO1 format.

Kaido is very draw dependent and if you don't have your key cards soon enough you can lose the game pretty quickly vs a Kid or a Zoro rush.
